• Full priced items may be returned for refund, exchange, or store credit.
• Items on SALE, purchased without the use of an additional discount or promotion code, may be exchanged for a similar item or for ecomm store credit only.
• Items purchased with an additional discount or promotion code are a final sale and will not be accepted for return, exchange, or ecomm store credit.
• Items must be returned within 14 days from the delivery date.
• Items must be returned un-worn, un-washed and with original packaging/tags. Always contact us by email before making a shipment to us.
• Depending on their location, customers may be eligible for free return shipping on any return or exchange not due to an incorrect or damaged item; however, we will ship your replacement at no additional change.
• Gift cards are final sale.
• We do not offer price adjustments or rainchecks.
Before returning an item contact us at email@example.com mentioning the following:
• Your order number (ex. #3060)
• The purpose of your return (e.g. Return, Size change, Wrong Item)
Once delivered to us, the item will be checked and if it meets the returns requirements*, you will be refunded the entire cost of the item (not shipping expenses) directly to your credit card, or PayPal account.
